We are seeking a qualified and dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced critical care environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive and ongoing patient assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients’ conditions. Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU. Operate and monitor advanced life-support and critical care equipment, including ventilators and cardiac monitors. Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations. Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and infection control protocols. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) – required. Valid Registered Nurse license. Key Responsibilities Provide immediate and effective nursing care to ER patients. Perform triage, assess patient conditions, and prioritize care. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions safely and accurately. Monitor patient status, respond promptly to changes, and document all clinical activities. Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols. Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and families during critical or stressful situations. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). Current nursing license issued by the Ministry of Public Health. Active registration with the Order of Nurses in Lebanon. Previous Emergency Room or critical care experience is preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Work Conditions Shift-based schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. High-acuity environment requiring rapid response and strong teamwork.
