Emergency Room Admission Officer

Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented ER Admission Officer to join our Emergency Department team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently registering patients, verifying insurance and personal information, coordinating admissions, and ensuring a smooth patient intake process while maintaining professionalism and compassion in a fast-paced environment.  Key Responsibilities: Register patients accurately and efficiently upon arrival. Verify patient identity, insurance coverage, and demographic information. Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other departments regarding patient admissions. Ensure all admission documentation is complete and compliant with hospital policies. Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with applicable privacy regulations. Respond professionally to patients and families during emergency situations. Update electronic medical records with accurate and timely information. Assist with administrative duties related to emergency department operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred Up to 2 years of relevant experience Detail-oriented with a strong focus on billing accuracy Good communication skills Basic knowledge of medical billing Ability to work under pressure Strong multitasking skills are essential Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency environment Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Laundry Worker

Hospital Experience Required Overview: We are seeking a reliable Laundry Worker with prior hospital or healthcare laundry experience to ensure the cleanliness and timely delivery of linens and uniforms. Responsibilities: Sort, store, deliver, and manage stock control of hospital linens and uniforms Maintain laundry cleanliness and inspect linen quality Report damaged items for repair Record the weight of clean linen received Ensure timely delivery of clean linens to hospital departments Follow infection control and hygiene standards Qualifications: Previous hospital laundry experience is mandatory Knowledge of healthcare, hygiene, and safety procedures Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Physically fit and able to lift laundry loads Team player with a positive attitude

CSSD Technician

Overview: We are seeking a qualified CSSD Technician to support sterile processing and ensure safe handling of medical instruments. Responsibilities: Decontaminate, clean, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment Operate and maintain sterilization machines and autoclaves Inspect instruments for damage and ensure proper functioning Package and label sterile supplies according to hospital protocols Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles and inventory Collaborate with nursing and surgical staff to ensure timely supply of sterile instruments Follow infection control and safety standards Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in CSSD or sterile processing Knowledge of sterilization procedures and infection control standards Ability to handle medical instruments safely Strong communication and teamwork skills

Registered Nurse ICU

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced critical care environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive and ongoing patient assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients’ conditions. Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU. Operate and monitor advanced life-support and critical care equipment, including ventilators and cardiac monitors. Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations. Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and infection control protocols. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) – required. Valid Registered Nurse license. Practical Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The selected candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support nursing activities, and assist in maintaining a safe and efficient clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Support daily patient activities, including hygiene, total or partial bed bath, perineal care, shaving, hair care, mouth care, feeding, and comfort measures. Take and accurately record vital signs, including blood pressure, respiration, temperature, pulse rate, oxygen saturation, and level of consciousness. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity, quality, and safety of care. Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly to the Registered Nurse in charge. Uphold infection control, safety protocols, and hospital policies always. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with established procedures, rules, and regulations. Qualifications & Requirements BP / BT in Nursing (desirable) Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Practical Nurse (desirable) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment Commitment to patient-centred care and professional ethics

ER Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room (ER) team. The suitable applicant will be compassionate, quick-thinking, and capable of delivering high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Provide immediate and effective nursing care to ER patients. Perform triage, assess patient conditions, and prioritize care. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions safely and accurately. Monitor patient status, respond promptly to changes, and document all clinical activities. Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols. Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and families during critical or stressful situations. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). Current nursing license issued by the Ministry of Public Health. Active registration with the Order of Nurses in Lebanon. Previous Emergency Room or critical care experience is preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Work Conditions Shift-based schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. High-acuity environment requiring rapid response and strong teamwork. Subject to cross-training according to hospital needs.
